How I work with 3D Modeler/Builder

I can create different types o textures for many materials. They can be semi-realistic or cartoon-style. I also make 3D models, with some options such as buildings, decorations and accessories. They can also be realistic or cartoony, depending on what you want. Here are some of my points:
